This outdoor based group is focussed on helping your child learn about feelings and how to manage and express them through fun outdoor activities. \nIf you want to support your child in being able to recognise and manage their emotions better\, deal with set-backs in a resilient way and learn new skills then book your space and learn these skills together. \nThen sign up for the Space To Be Workshop. \nThe day will be structured around helping you and your child learn about and try out new skills that you can then take away and apply in your day to day lives. \nThe group is designed so that you can learn and share these skills together. There will be a maximum of 10 children and their parents/carers in the group. \nYou will need: \n\nSuitable outdoor clothing and shoes: The session will run outdoors regardless of weather\, with some shelter on site.\nPlease bring your own lunch (No nuts)\nWater bottle\nReadiness to give it a go and have fun\n\nSite: \nCoton Park Campsite is maintained by the Scouting Association \nYou will have access to toilets\, hot and cold drinks as well as light snacks. \nCost: \nThis workshop costs £60 for the day (Parent/carer and Child).
